House rules

1) Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the whole building. This also applies to smoking at the window. For smokers, there is an ashtray and a bench on the outside of the front door. Please only dispose of cigarette butts there. This avoids soiling of the site and reduces the risk of fire.

2) Quiet times

The quiet times between 10:00 p.m. in the evening and 7:00 a.m. in the morning must be observed. During this time, music and noise must be reduced to a minimum.

3) Parties

Parties in the apartments are not allowed.

4) Windows

The windows should be closed when leaving the apartment. The windows should not be left exposed for long periods of time in the cold seasons. Better to ventilate for 5 minutes with the window fully open and then close it again.

5) Doors

For security reasons, the apartment door and the front door must be closed when leaving the house.

6) Parking

Please only park forward so that the house wall is not unnecessarily soiled.

7) When using the tumble dryer, the water tank must then be emptied and the lint filter cleaned.

8) Heating

The heating period is between September 15th and May 31st. The radiators are regulated automatically. However, they can be corrected manually as needed. Please then select the desired temperature and do not select full on or full off. It's not a faster heating.

9) Handle with care

Please treat the apartment with care.

10) Waste

Collect the rubbish in the appropriate bins. Instructions are found in the apartment.

11) Breaks and faults

Something breaks once in a while. Please let us know or leave a note on the living room table. Thanks.

12) Animals

A dog or cat is permitted only with the prior permission of the landlord. Other animals are prohibited. No aids for animals are provided. Animals must never be left alone in the apartment and must be supervised at all times.

13) Children

Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at all times. They are especially not allowed to play alone in the garden, as a pond there poses a danger to life.

14) Theft

Unfortunately I have to mention this: Please leave the inventory in the apartment. We have to report theft.
