House rules

1) Smoking

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. This also applies to smoking at the window. An ashtray and a bench are available for smokers in front of the entrance door. Please dispose of your cigarette butts only there. This prevents contamination of the room and reduces the risk of fire.

2) Rest periods

Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. During this time, music and noise must be kept to a minimum.

3) Parties

Parties in the apartments are not permitted.

4) Window

When leaving the apartment, the windows should be closed. During the cold season, windows should not be left unventilated for extended periods. It's better to ventilate for 10 minutes with the window fully open and then close it again.

5) Doors

For security reasons, the apartment door and the front door must be closed when leaving the house.

6) The park

Please park combustion engines only facing forwards to avoid dirtying the house wall.

7) Heating

The heating period is from September 15th to May 31st. The radiators are automatically controlled. However, they can be adjusted manually if necessary. In this case, please select the desired temperature, not "fully open" or "fully closed." This won't make it any faster. However, the temperatures are reset to the default temperature several times a day. Some heaters turn off when a window is open.

8) Treatment of inventory

Please treat the apartment with care.

9) Garbage

Collect garbage in the designated containers. Instructions for this can be found further down in this folder. General waste may only be placed in the black bins.

10) Tumble dryer

After using the tumble dryer, the water tank must be emptied and the lint filter cleaned.

11) Defects

Sometimes things break. Please let us know or leave a note on the coffee table. Thank you.

12) Theft

Unfortunately, I have to mention this: Please leave all belongings in the apartment. We must report any thefts.
