It was a great location for visiting my son, who lives in Grafenwöhr. Apartment 03 was huge! We only had three female family members, but I opted for the larger apartment so we could have two bathrooms. Both bathrooms were also huge. It was a short walk to the Lidl grocery store each morning to buy baked goods. The kitchen seemed well-stocked, but we didn't actually cook any meals there. The coffee pot worked well, and filters were provided, which was nice. It was also easy to get out into the fields and take a walk in nature. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it! Everything was great, but my daughters said a smart TV would be nice. Personally, we barely had time to watch TV, and the WiFi was great. There were adapters in every room in case a guest forgot to bring one.

Everything was great! Early check-in...Santa came...responded quickly with answers to questions. Ample parking. Well-lit hallways. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone!


A slightly firmer pillow would be nice.

The location was very convenient, and we liked that it was fully furnished. It's close to grocery stores, bakeries, and shops. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.

  • When can we check in?

    Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.


    Check-out is by 10:00 am on the day of departure.


    An earlier arrival or later departure must be requested at least the day before. This is possible provided there are no conflicts with the cleaning service.

  • How can we check in?

    You will receive an email with detailed check-in instructions one day before your arrival. Please follow the instructions.


    Please don't forget to fill out the online registration form beforehand. Be sure to include your email address, otherwise we won't be able to send you an invoice as proof. Some portals don't allow PDF attachments.

  • How can we get an invoice?

    You will automatically receive an invoice by email no later than two days after your arrival. This serves as your receipt if you have already paid through an online portal. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer or PayPal.

  • How far is the military training area from the accommodation?

    The main gate of the military training area is approximately 2.5 km from the property.
