Cancellation policy

For bookings made through an online portal, the cancellation policy of the respective online portal applies. The portal is solely responsible for billing.

If you book directly with us and have not agreed to any special terms, you can cancel up to three days before arrival. After that, the full rent for the agreed rental period, up to a maximum of seven nights, is payable. Free cancellation is not possible for bookings with special discounts. Please contact the host as soon as possible to find a solution.
